How to get Cell Tower Data?

📱 On Android:

  • Install apps: Network Cell Info, CellMapper, or G-NetTrack
  • Look for: MCC, MNC, LAC/TAC, Cell ID, and PSC (for 3G/UMTS)

🍎 On iPhone:

  • Dial: *3001#12345#* to access Field Test Mode
  • Navigate to cell information section

📊 Parameter Guide:

  • MCC: Mobile Country Code (510=Indonesia, 310=USA, 505=Australia)
  • MNC: Mobile Network Code (Operator ID)
  • LAC: Location Area Code (or TAC for 4G/5G)
  • CID: Cell ID (unique tower identifier)
  • PSC: Primary Scrambling Code (mainly for 3G, optional - default 0)

  • GSM: 2G network (older technology)
  • CDMA: 2G/3G CDMA network
  • UMTS: 3G network (requires PSC)
  • LTE: 4G LTE network
